Can I get a job in USA after PGDM Finance?

Hi

I am an Indian.I have done my graduation in electronics engineering from osmania university and have 1 year 9 months experience as a software engineer. After that recently i have completed my PGDM in finance (2014) from IMT. Can i get a job in USA in the field of finance after PGDM or any job?? OR I have to do any certificate or MS in US....



If I have to do MS in US, Could you please suggest in which field i have to do masters..
