Currently I am in US with H4. And now two different employers are ready to sponsor my H1 visa, can apply through both of them or is there any legal problem in that. Please help in tbhis ASAp
Both employers can apply for your H1, if approved you need to choose one.
However, pls know that other employer will not take this lightly since it could mean lost money from him in the form of visa fees. He can see this as breach of trust or/and contract and you need to be aware of consequences.
