Hi ,
i got H1B approved from my current company but they are sending it.
i found a company who can do premium processing and transfer and they are initiating transfer.
now my current company threatening me saying if you dont take your resignation back we will revoke it.
my question is what will happen if revokation request and transfer initiated at the same time.
can revokation happen in one day because premium takes at least 15 days to transfer.
