Can i extend H1B visa after visa expired without traveling to US ?

Hi,

H1B visa got expired in 2016. I’m not yet traveled to USA.

X company applied visa to me but i have changed my employer from X to Y.

Just want to know I’m Eligible for CAP EXTENT or else i need to apply new petition ?

Is there anyway i can use my approved visa?

With your previous H1b did you travelled at least once? It all depends on whether your previous employer was revoked your application or not?
