Greetings! I have a question for you -
I’m working in the US for employer A for close to 2 years now, my H1b is expiring on Sept 30, 2014. The current employer is planning to file my extension in normal process. In the meanwhile, employer B is ready to transfer my H1b in premium.
The question is - can I continue working for employer A even after transferring my H1b to employer B, since employer A might be giving me a promotion in the next one month. And if I work with employer A, will my visa be already extended as the transfer has happened?
It would be great if you could give me some clarity as I need to make a decision soon as to join employer B or stick to employer A.
