Can I change my Employer before Stamping done

Hi,

I got the approval status for my case on 10 Dec 2015. I was expecting that I will get some opportunity soon from my current employer but still after two months of time I didn’t get any opportunity. Hence I am thinking to switch the company. I just wanted to know “Can I get my case(Visa) transferred to other employer without being stamped?” Also one more thing about my case is I got the RFE on 08 Aug. 2015 which got cleared on 10th Dec.

Yes, another employer can file a cap-exempt petition for you even when you haven’t got the visa stamped in the passport.
