My employer is applying extension for my L1B visa and also applied for H1B visa, luckily I have got my H1b petition approved. Now, by having active L1B visa and approved H1B petition, can I change employer? if yes, what all documents I need to provide for my new employer to initiate H1B transfer?
You need a copy of the H1B Approval Notice to Transfer H1B.
