Can I change client after getting H1B visa

Hi,

Currently I am working in Company A in India. They are processing my H1B visa. If it gets approved and if I receive my Visa for the current client company. After receiving visa stamping, can I travel for another client to another workplace using the same H1B visa or should I do any amendments to my visa? (ofcourse with the same employer - Company A)

You need to file the COS for the new employer to start working under hime.
