Can i bring my Mother and nephew to US

Hi,

My wife who is presently carrying has a H1B from her previous employer on which she never travelled, now my H1B is being processed and iam planning to take my wife along with me, would having a H1B already created any problem for her H4?

Also to look after my wife i wanted to take my mother and my nephew(2 years old) to US, how should i proceed with their VISA process, and can i put my nephew in any play school till his VISA expires?

And if my wife conceives in US, would by Child be called a US citizen?

Any child born in the US is a citizen. Place of conception is irrelevant.
