Currently I am on L2 EAD and working, my husband L1 visa, my L2 & EAd will expire on Jun 2, 2013. My husband company will file for an L1 extension some time near april. Mean while can I apply for my EAD extension, with L1 extension application no? Or I have to wait till L1 extension apporved. Please help me in this regard.
