Can i apply for MS after H1B denail.

I have applied for H1 through EVC model . Presently i have 2.5 yr of experience working at MNC in India . I heard that once u applied for H1b and if it gets denied ,the chnaces of getting F1 visa for MS are very less. is that true.

Will denial of H1b will affect my visa stampings later in my future . Little worried . Please suggest me .

Denial one type of VISA does not essentially impact the chances of other VISA applications, unless the denial was due to misrepresentation of facts from your side.

you might have to answer a few more questions. But doesnt mean u will never get it. You can also consult an immigration attorney to prepare your case.
