Can I apply for H1B visa without a 12th certificate ?

Hi,

I have a query regarding the H1B visa education requirement.

I have passed my 10th , But I was not able to Complete my 12th education.

I have done my 3 year graduation through distance education.

I have 4 years of work experience in for my job profile.

Will my application be rejected becasue I dont have a 12th certificate. ? If it is an Issue, what is the solution for that ?

There is no solution for this kind of stuff. The chances of rejection are high if you say you didnt finish your 12th. Check with your lawyer.
