I filed F1 reinstatement on 17th january 2016. It is still pending. I have graduated in May 2016. My opt grace period is over. (However,I did not apply because DSO told me while my application is pending I can not file opt.My opt packet is still with my school official.) My DSO says I can not apply for opt now. Can I apply for H1b or should I get another I20 and start studying? Or is there any other option i should go for?
