Can I apply for H1B CAP Exempt for 2014 with the H1B approval notice valid from Oct/2008 to Sep/2011

Please let me know is it possible for me to go for H1B CAP Exempt category for the year 2014. If so, please let me know the process involved in it.

Yes, you are cap exempt till Sep 2017

can you please confirm if the petition was valid from 2007 to 2010? Can I still use it in Feb 2016? I believe you have a similar case
