My Husband is on H1 B and currently in USA. I’ll be joining him soon. Can I apply for my EAD once I reach there??? I’m working in India.

Do you qualify for EAD? Does your husband has I-140 approved or in 7th year of H-1? If yes, then you can apply for EAD soon after landing in US.
