I was inUSA for 1 year 10 months on H1 VISA.
Initially the H1 was approved for 7 months only and thats the reason stamped VISA was for 7 months.
Then my employer applied for extension and I got the approval.
I returned to India after 1 year 10 months. Now if I want to go back to USA, I need to go for VISA stamping.
and need to ask the employer for documents required for stamping.
Now if I want to travel to USA for a visit, Can I apply for B2?
Or is there any other way possible?
Some employers are ready to transfer my H1 but they want me to be in USA first and then it is easier for them to transfer.
