Can H4 with valid visa enter USA while spouse started working with new employer and H1b transfer is in progress

Hi

Can spouse with valid H4 visa travel back to US while my H1B transfer is in progress (working with new employer since last 7 months).

Look for advice or if some one recent experience share it here.

Hi Devtravel,

Did your spouse traveled to US? Was there any issue in POE? I am also facing the issue(But i have not started working with new employer).

Any info is much appreciated.
