Can H4 enter US having valid visa/ same company filed H1 & H4 amendment and extension

Hi,
Moved from company A to B and got H1 & H4 stamped in 2019 valid until dec’21, my wife stayed back for few month and could not come due to Covid situations. She wants to return now however same company filed H1 & H4 amendment and extension due to change in job location on Sept’2020. New H1 got approved with Normal processing but H4 still shows application received. In this scenario

1)Can H4 enter US with the Stamped valid visa on her passport?
2)Documents she need to carry with her and what question she may expect in the port entry?

Can travel to usa on stamped valid H4 visa. Employer is same only job location has changed.
should carry copy of husbands H1 visa and I797, marriage certificate etc.
Fly only United airlines or Air India.
Other airlines will not allow to board. .
