Can h4 and h4 ead applied together

I recently lost my job and I am on h1b and have 60 days to apply for a change of status.

Does anyone know if I can apply for h4 and h4 ead together since my spouse has i140 approved ?

Yes you should apply for both at the same time if you plan on using EAD.
