Greeting of the day!
I'm holding H1-B visa, getting expire on Feb'13(was approved on Nov'11). I was in US for 6 month and now in India for same employer.
My question is - Can my Visa be extended from India, if yes- when I'll have to initiate it.
I'm asking because I heard from my colleague that I must have tag with any project at onsite for filling extention, it is correct?
