I got RFE and it was responded. Current status shows that “Response to RFE was received”.
In the meanwhile my employer who filed H1b for me, can file amendment to change the client.
As he got better client and case would be stronger.
Amendment is filed on approved petitions. If the petition is still not approved, how will they be able to file the amendment?
