I am a US employer and i have filed my brothers h1b visa which has gotten approved. However i wanted to know if the consulate will ask rejected the visa because it has been filed for a sibling.
Good question. A corporate entity and not an individual is the H1B visa sponsor, therefore your family ties are not relevant here. DS-160 query on family in USA must be answered truthfully but other than that, I don’t see any concerns.
