Hi, I am a former student of Silicon valley university from California, currently working in MD, I graduated in August 2016 4months before SVU lost its accreditation in December 19 2016, So my concern here is can I be eligible to file my H1 in masters cap or should I file it in General cap.
No, you cannot file it under Master Cap as there is no accreditation. Check the USCIS Denial notice that has definition of Higher Education on it, where it tells regarding accreditation.
