Hi All,

I need help in answering my question pertaining to H1B for FY-16.

Can a resident of India who is working in other country will he/she be eligible for applying H1B visa for FY-16.If yes, what would be the implications as I will be working for a foriegn empluyer under different payroll then INR.

Appreciate your help on this question.

Hello,

You can apply from any location. Even you can attend Stamping in yourforeign residing city/country.

Provide your details accordingly. I applied H1 last year while I’m in Netherlands and stamping done in NL itself.

You should have an sponsor dude, current work country doesn’t matter.
