I work as a Recruiter for one of the top IT Services company. I have to work from US starting next year as my husband is relocating there to do his MS. When I checked with my current company, they declined the option of processing my visa. But they are willing to hire me as a contractor if I have a work visa from other consulting company.
Will you please let me know further details on this. If this option is worth considering and are there any companies which will do my visa on the confirmation of my current company? Your reply is much appreciated. Thanks in Advance.
