Can a h4 visa be issued at the same time as h1b?

H1b petition was filed in april. Petition is still pending.

I got married in june and would like my wife to go to the US with me on an h4 visa if I havent jeopardized the application by getting married?

Can anyone shed light on if this is possible. Would she have to join me at a later time?

How long does the entire h4 process take if i were to get an approved h1b decision?

I assume you are outside of US. Your wife can appear for H-4 visa stamping when you appear for H-1 visa stamping.

If you are inside US, then also your wife can appear for H-4 visa stamping once your petition has been approved and then travel to join you on H-1 from Oct 1.
