Can a H1B employee work 100% remotely? How does it impact his/her GC?

My office has been shutdown due to COVID (there are other offices that are operational though). All the employees are now 100% remote. Can I, as an H1B employee, move to a different state given the situation and continue working remotely permanently?

I have an approved I-140 from a previous employer (Priority Date: Jan 2012). My current employer has filed for my I-140 which is pending. Given this situation, will a move at this stage impact GC in anyway?
