Do i have any chance for 2013 at all?
What is the cap for British citizens?
If 2013 is closed when can I start applying for 2014?

Raj, Sorry but no chance for this year, new applications are not being accepted. Earliest would be April 2014. Have your application arrive with USCIS on day one, probably April 1st.
