Will top companies like IBM, Google, Oracle, Microsoft files H1B in Premium Processing? Do you have any idea on this?
If they file in Premium Processing why they take so much time to announce the results to employees?

It varies from company to company. I know few big companies that always file for PP. However, there are others who go for normal processing and don’t apply for PP unless there is a business need.
