Hi All,
I am travelling to USA next week. I got my H1B visa. My LCA has a salary of $82,680. But my Company is paying me a salary of $72,500. There is a huge difference in the amount specified in LCA and the Salary provided for me. I checked the FLC Wage site and it also has a minimum wage of $82,280.
Is my Company frauding me by providing a lesser salary? Should i complaint it against DOL? Please suggest.
