60 day grace period just ended on June 26 (termination date 4/26) and my employer who terminated me is offering me a new job albeit through a different department and no material change to the job duties except for a location change - and it doesn’t look like my H1B has been withdrawn and my guess is because they are paying me severance pay till the end of September. How can I make this happen? Please advise.
If it has not been withdrawn, then you maybe able to join. Check with your attorney.
So will an amendment be needed?
