Am planning to bring my Parents/In-laws to US in next 1-2 months from now.
My main concern is my H1B is valid till Dec 30th 2019 (next 20days only) and my H1B Extension/Amendment got filed on Oct 31 2019 .
I wanted to know, can I sponsor B2 visa for my Parents/In-laws during H1B Extension? as a sponsor I will not be in legal status after Dec 30th 2019 and required valid visa, right ?
Can you please advise whether I can apply for B2 visa for my Parents/In-laws during my H1B extension in progress, if not then do we have any alternate solution.
