My husband will be sponsoring for my parents vistor visa. I see over website that if applying for visa for in laws, then spouse birth certificate is needed. I don’t have my birth certificate. Will it be difficult for them to get the visa.
This birth certificate is the only way your husband can prove he is not sponsoring 2 unknown people. You will need your birth certificate. In the absence of a Class 10th certificate, you are required to get a proof of live birth letter from a municipality or city authority that verifies that you were a live birth born to your parents in presence of witnesses. A simple stamp paper affidavit that can be made easily is NOT a valid proof. If the municipal data is not available, you must generate a sworn document signed by you and witnesses to the birth fact such as relatives. A municipal data not available letter is also required.
All the best

Is it needed in absence of 10th class certificate? Or its compulsory. I do have my 10th class birth certificate. Also my passport has my mother’s name on it. Will those be not sufficient?
I was not aware you already had a Class X certificate. Since 1974, this document is acceptable proof of birth day / date. Additional documents are not needed. And yes - your mother’s name on your passport is additional evidence. However, when submitting passport data, please submit all pages including front, back and blank pages.
