My question is, one is my company employee he wants to come india in february for three weeks for his marriage and he wants to take his wife also in US on H4. His yet to marriage but he want to take appointment for H1B stamping also for his wife.Can he take H1B stamping appointment before marriage or can he take After his marriage H1B visa stamping date? Please reply at the earliest.
