B1 to H1B transfer now would like to go for stamping

Hi,

I’m from India, I was done with B1/B2 stamping visited USA in Aug’2012 till Dec’2012. Again came to USA on Apr 2013 applied for H1B visa, and i got it approved. Now I would like to go for stamping to jamaica or canada so that I would like to visit India for marriage in March.

Please let me know if I will have any issues if they ask B1 to H1 transfer and what would be the questions and how should I answer them.

U can go for Stamping for H1… However they may ask the reason for going US on B1, they will make sure that B1 is not misutilized… so answer properly
