I submitted documents using drop off on 28/04/2022 @ Chennai for B1/B2 renewal . It went off well. Official informed me , mr request for renewal was accpted. That i would receive my passports in 15 days time.
while checking the updates in official web site , it is saying " Application received, check after 2 business days "
It is 13 days since drop off done, i did not receive any communication for collection of passports.
Please enlighten me in this regard.
