I have applied for b1/b2 visa renewal on April 29th 2021 through dropbox at Hyderabad, India location and it was refused in the month of June 2021 citing corona delta virus. My current b1/b2 visa got expired in Oct 2021. Will I be still eligible for dropbox? Pls suggest.

Did you get something that says 221g and proclamation-related thing on it. If so, then it was admin processing and you can reach out to the consulate and they will come back to you. You should be able to re-submit documents.
thanks for info @cycleair, I reached to the consulate and they asked to submit the passport for further processing
