Auto extension for h4 EAD

Hi ,

This is for H4 EAD .

Is the new rule applicable which states auto renewal for 540 days even if the i94 is not renewed/updated .

Current h4 expires on sept 17 2022
H4 extension applied on April 1 2022
H4 ead application ( first time ) - still in pending ( applied on sept 3rd 2021

The auto-extension rule do not apply to first time EAD applicants. Rather it applied to people extending/renewing their H4 EAD.
