Attorney responded to RFE notice - but couldn't provide Client letter instead provided the SOW

Hi,

My Employer was able to provide signed SOW for replying to RFE notice which states 200Hrs of Onsite consulting would be provided each year on as requested by Client time to time.

Now I wanted to know will my visa get approved?

After approval still Client letter is required during H1B stamping/interview?

It all depends on reputation of your present employer - 4 cases out of 10 trigger request for client letter, the rest 6 are able to use ‘Statement’ documents.
