My H1B Petition was submitted to USCIS on 31 May 2012 through regular process (not PP), I’m still waiting for the receipt number, however was curious to know at what stage my employer can opt for PP, can they do it now or only once the receipt number is available.
In order for you employer to upgrade your petition to PP they would need a receipt number , hence you need to wait for the receipt.
