Few of my friends already got notices from the USICS that they were selected in the lottery. Is there still chance I would get it too? Are they still sending emails? Is it all over or they can still process more ?

If premium processing wait till end of this week. They might email your attorney.
If non-PP, they have just started processing today. Your attorney will be notified by post.
