Does anybody know what kind of receipts are out there?
My situation: My company has a law firm working on their H1Bs (as do probably almost all of them); the application arrived at USCIS on April 1. It’s Master’s Cap and Premium Processing. Now, on the law firms web page, when I check my status, it says that they “received H1B email confirmation receipt from USCIS for Premium Processing”. But every time I ask them if that means I got selected, all they tell me is that the company is still processing information.
So, could that just be a receipt for something else? Or what do you guys think? Are they just being really conservative with their information policy?
