My employeer got my H1b petition approved and its with them at the moment.
Unfortunately, the opportunity for which i was considered is also lost.
My ques is, am i eligible for H1b petition transfer, without h1 stamping done ?
No. U cant go for transfer unless it is stamped and U r in US AFAIK.
But, U can file Cap-Exempt Petition from another Employer as ur petition is Aprroved (Provided U have the case number or i797B copy)
