Applying Visa on for H4 B with three paychecks is ok or not ?

I want to apply H4 visa for my wife and wanted know that is three paychecks enough or should i wait for more . i came in sept and planning for her visa in december .

Please let me know

  1. Three paychecks are sufffcients

  2. Is the bank balance necessary as its been four months im in US.

Three paychecks should be sufficient. Bank balance is not madatory.
