Applying L1B march 2014 after H1 Denied on Jan 2014

  Currently I am wokring for X Company in India.



I have applied H1 through Y Company.



Last year i have applied H1 . And My H1 have denied on Jan 2014.



My X Company is plannign to apply L1B on March 2014.



i have doubt.
