My H1B petition is approved and I have applied for H4 for my 2 kids alone. My husband has seperately filled for L1 individual, which is in progress ( current he also doesnot hold any visa). Guide me what kind of questions is expected in interview when I take my dependants. If they doubt on my living with the current salary (as I may have to accomadate for day care), can I say my husband will also be supporting me?
Your kids may be eligible for interview waiver program, which means they don’t need to apper in-person. You can drop their passport along w/ other supporting documents like your visa copy, petition copy, proof of employment, copy of birth certificates etc.
