I have applied h1b in the year 2008 and withdrawned after attended interview at embassy due to some reasons
I am aplaning apply this year again (2014,April) … Do I need to send/carry same kind of documents ( Experience,etc) while applying for second time …Do I have any questions for old petetion at embassy .? Please advice
Yes, You need to carry all the documents. Here is the link which will help you with documentation. Carry all the proofs of your work, Education, Tax etc…
Look for "H1b" section on that link. i followed that link for my recent H1b Stamping from Canada. Carrying documents shouldn't be a issue. Because if you get denail due to single document you have to go through a lot. Just my thoughts on this. Some other members can explain further on this.
