I am working in a company as an Intern in my CPT right now and my employer is wiling to offer me a full-time job with the h1-b visa sponcership. Can my employer file for my h1-b visa for this april 2016 in my CPT ? I am graduating in may 2016 and will be in CPT until may 2016 and will get into my OPT after that.
Yes, he can apply your H1B. But, I do not know if your employer will be able to apply under the Master’s category as you will not have a degree by April 1st.
