My spouse returned back to India (her H1 extension petition is still in pending status)

My spouse will attend H4 visa interview (i will be the primary applicant for her, my H1 is valid till Sep 2016).

After my spouse H4 visa is stamped, (if my spouse H1 extension changes to approved) will there will any issue in this scenario?

There won’t be an issue. However H-1 extension will be approved w/ consular processing and not w/ I-94 attached as your spouse left US while this was pending.
