Applying for H4 extension while the current H4 extension is pending

Hi,
My current H4 extension is pending right now. I am waiting for its approval. However, it’s valid only for 6 months (until June 30). My husband’s company is planning to apply for his H1 renewal in January. Could you please let me know whether I can apply for h4 and h4 EAD renewal along with my husband’s H1 renewal while the current h4 and h4 EAD extension are in progress. Please advise. Thanks.

Yes, you can apply for H4 and H4 EAD extension again, when they are in progress. Make sure you put in the old receipt notices in the extension package, indicating that you are waiting for the approval.
